Pilates is movement based program focused around control, strength and flexibility. We use a combination of Pilates reformer and Pilates mat work to tailor small group classes to all levels of fitness.

  • Pilates Classes run for 45 minutes.
  • We only have 4 people max per class so your instructor can keep a close eye on technique and movement patterns. 
  • Key focus areas for our classes include: Deep core stabiliser, gluteal muscles, pelvic floor and postural back muscles.
  • Age is just a number so we can modify our classes for all ages.
  • Pilates is a low impact exercise that challenges your strength, endurance and flexibility.
  • Whether your looking for fitness, exercise post injury,  post natal rehabilitation or another form of movement for your week. These classes will get you moving well and moving often.
